The Richmond HomeSchool Guardians lost against the Bluegrass United Bluehawks back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Richmond HomeSchool had to suffer through a rough 65-11 loss at the hands of Bluegrass United. Richmond HomeSchool has not had much luck with Bluegrass United recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Bluegrass United got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Piper Graham out in front who scored 14 points along with 3 steals. Graham is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Hanlon, who scored 16 points.
Richmond HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bluegrass United, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond HomeSchool will square off against Model at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Bluegrass United's road trip will continue as they head out to face Frankfort at 7:30 p.m. on December 14th.
