There's no place like home for Hibriten, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They blew past the East Burke Cavaliers, posting  a  37-8 victory. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive  win against them.
 Hibriten's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Elan Lipford, who threw for 225 yards and two  touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes, and also rushed for 71 yards on only eight carries. Another back making a difference was  Dk Mitchell, who rushed for 60 yards and a pair of  TDs.
Hibriten's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for East Burke, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

That  contest will pit two of the most dominant  signal callers against one another:  Lipford and  Darin Tipton.
