The last time they met ? Liberal/Bronaugh were the 25-21 winner over Jasper. This time around? They had no such luck. Liberal/Bronaugh were given a punishing 6-46 defeat at the hands of Jasper. The state rankings had actually given Liberal/Bronaugh a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Liberal/Bronaugh are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3. The victory bumped Jasper's record up to 3-0.
Liberal/Bronaugh will look to defend their home turf next week against Midway at 7:00 PM. Liberal/Bronaugh come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse. As for Jasper, they will face off against Lockwood/Golden City.
