Big Game from Wilder Jr. As Greene County Fell 52-32
Starting off the list is Greene County's Ronald Wilder Jr., who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wilder Jr. rushed for 192 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 130 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Greene County has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. Wilder Jr. and Greene County will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Vincent at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Jayden Roberts Delivers Best Effort of Season
Jayden Roberts produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Vincent to the win on Friday. Roberts rushed for 255 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (100.3) per game. Those 255 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Vincent's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Roberts and Vincent will be playing at home against Isabella on Friday.

Preston Lancaster Dazzles in Tuscaloosa Academy Victory
Preston Lancaster's big game helped extend Tuscaloosa Academy's winning streak to seven on Friday. Lancaster turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 241 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played.
Lamar County's probably not too fond of Lancaster given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Lancaster saw the Bulldogs), he threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown.

Snoddy Came Up Big in Greene County's 52-32 Loss
Another Greene County player making an appearance on this list is Kelvies Snoddy. He rushed for 70 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 137 yards while completing 80% of his passes.
