The Key West Conchs will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against the MAST Academy Makos at 5:00 p.m. on January 25th. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Wednesday, Key West earned a 61-49 victory over Marathon. 61 seems to be a good number for Key West as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
It was another big night for James Osborne, who scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Tramane Scott was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with 11 rebounds.
Meanwhile, MAST Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Archimedean 68-36 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win MAST Academy has managed all season.
The victory got Key West back to even at 8-8. As for MAST Academy, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5.
