The Andrews Yellowjackets are taking a road trip to take on the Conway Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Andrews' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so Conway's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Andrews took a loss when they played away from home on April 11th, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed two weeks ago. Everything went their way against Woodland as they made off with an 11-1 victory. Considering the Yellowjackets have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Sarah Jennings was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Chloe Skipper, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
Andrews always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Woodland only posted an OBP of .222.
Meanwhile, Conway never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-0 win over Green Sea Floyds. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won four in a row.
Not much got past Benton Causey, who gave up just three hits and racked up 12 Ks to keep Green Sea Floyds off the board.
On the hitting side, Addison Fogle was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last four times she's played.
Andrews' record is now 11-3. As for Conway, their record now sits at 14-9.
Conway's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Andrews has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .492. It's a different story for Conway, though, as they've only averaged .361.
