McKeel Academy had a senior duo take command as Alex Sessoms scored 22 points along with five rebounds and four steals and Vann Osmon scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That's the first time this season that Osmon scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Jackson Jonsson, who scored ten points along with four steals.
McKeel Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Oasis Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
McKeel Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Winthrop College Prep Academy at 7:30 p.m. Oasis Christian and All Saints' Academy will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
