Westside made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Subiaco Academy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rebels never let the Trojans get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Tuesday. The Rebels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Westside pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.7 runs over those games. As for Subiaco Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westside will welcome Acorn at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Subiaco Academy, they will host Danville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
