The Box Elder Bees won the last time they faced the Clearfield Falcons, and things went their way on Friday too. Box Elder came out on top against Clearfield by a score of 61-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Box Elder.
Elijah Kersey continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 18 points along with eight steals and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Max Isaacson, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds.
Box Elder has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-9 record this season. As for Clearfield, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Box Elder will challenge Roy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Roy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests. As for Clearfield, they will head out on the road to face off against Viewmont at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Viewmont will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
