Falls City had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They never let the Knippa Crushers get on the board and left with an 18-0 win. Considering the Beavers have won six contests by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Falls City's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Knippa, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Coming up, Falls City will look to defend their home field on Friday against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. As for Knippa, they will challenge Sabinal at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
