After a string of three wins, the Three Forks Wolves's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 66-33 loss at the hands of Jefferson. Three Forks has not had much luck with Jefferson recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Ryian Eveland was a one-man wrecking crew for Jefferson as she dropped a double-double on 21 points and 18 rebounds. Eveland is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Brooklyn Miller was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Three Forks' defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Jefferson, they pushed their record up to 2-1 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Three Forks will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Jefferson at 6:00 p.m. on January 19, 2024. Jefferson won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Manhattan at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
