The Forsyth Home Educators Hawks will head out on the road to take on the Oak Level Baptist Academy Conquerors at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Forsyth Home Educators has 12 straight victories, Oak Level Baptist Academy has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Forsyth Home Educators proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 39) but on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged Jefferson Christian Academy out 53-51.
Meanwhile, Oak Level Baptist Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 53-48 to White Plains Christian.
Forsyth Home Educators pushed their record up to 28-3 with that victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Oak Level Baptist Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
