Chicago Mt. Carmel came out on top against Loyola Academy on Monday thanks in part to Kolin Adams's efforts. Adams scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Adams' strong effort led Chicago Mt. Carmel over Loyola Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Caravan are 8-2 against the Ramblers going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
