Quinn Gray was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 23 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Best, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
When it comes to explaining why Yuma Catholic lost, one person who can't be blamed is Amanda Wiley. Despite the final result, she scored 16 points along with eight rebounds. The game was Wiley's fifth in a row with at least ten points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Northwest Christian and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Yuma Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-2.

As for Yuma Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tonopah Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Tonopah Valley is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
