The Hendrick Hudson Sailors put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 55-50 victory over Tournament Team.
Kaitlyn Raguso was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 19 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Hendrick Hudson's points. Another player making a difference was Elyse Smith, who scored 9 points along with 9 rebounds.
Hendrick Hudson's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Tournament Team, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hendrick Hudson will challenge Pelham Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tournament Team will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Polo.
