The match was Matoush's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Elliot Lentz, who scored six points.
Hillsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Marquette Catholic, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3.
Hillsboro will take on Carlinville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Marquette Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Granite City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Granite City is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
