It was a good run, but Bedford unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 11-2 to the Saline Hornets. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Kicking Mules couldn't push the score so high this time.

Bedford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Garrow, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Bedford's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Saline, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Bedford will face off against Columbia Central at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Saline, they will challenge Big Walnut at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
