The dominant performance gave  Mcgriff a new career-high in  blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hannah Garcia, who  had 12  digs, a  kill,  and 22  assists.
 El Dorado  kept the net locked down and  finished the game with 11  blocks. That's the most  blocks they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Americas waltzed into their game  on Friday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They were the clear victor by  a  3-0 margin over the Conquistadores.
 Americas walked away with the   win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17,  25-16.
 El Dorado is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a massive bump to their 11-14 record  this season. As for Americas, their record now sits at 32-4.
 El Dorado suffered a grim  3-0 defeat to Americas  in their previous meeting  back in September. Can El Dorado avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
