Didier Mares Goes Supernova in Jacksonville Win
Jacksonville's 11-game losing streak dating back to last season on Friday is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Didier Mares. Mares was unstoppable, rushing for 202 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
The victory got Jacksonville back to even at 1-1. Mares and Jacksonville will take on Henderson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Sirls Posts Huge Game in 35-7 Victory
Another Jacksonville player making an appearance on this list is Radarrius Sirls. He rushed for 120 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries.
If the past is any indication, Sirls could be in store for another big game when he takes on Henderson on Friday. When Sirls last faced the Lions back in November of 2023, he rushed for 173 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.

While Marshall might've come up empty on Friday, Landon Jones wasn't going down without a fight. Jones was dynamite, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making 13 total tackles.
Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. Jones and Marshall are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Tyler Legacy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
