Nathan Hale and Ingraham are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Raiders will be playing at home against the Rams at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Nathan Hale 3.4, Ingraham 1.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Nathan Hale is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Chief Sealth just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 4-3.

PJ Sale was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that he hit this season.
In other batting news, Kai Malloch made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI. Julian Gonzalez was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Ingraham's offense. They fell just short of Lincoln by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Lynx recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
Landon Hill spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Ingraham saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Campbell, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.
Nathan Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for Ingraham, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2.
Wednesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Nathan Hale has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .455. However, it's not like Ingraham struggles in that department as they've averaged .446. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Nathan Hale was able to grind out a solid victory over Ingraham in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 5-1. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
