The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won three matches by ten  runs or more  so far this season.
 Sergio Garcia was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Garcia was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing  Two bases. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in April of 2024.
 In other batting news, Zephyrhills Christian Academy let  Tatum Dulaski and  Gabriel Novo run wild. Dulaski  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3, while  Novo  went 1-for-2 with one  home run and four  RBI. Zephyrhills Christian Academy is 3-1 when  Dulaski posts two or  more  runs, but 0-4 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gunner Bingham, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 Altamonte Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Zephyrhills Christian Academy, their win  ended  a  ten-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 3-5.
 Altamonte Christian took their  victory against Zephyrhills Christian Academy  in their previous matchup  back in April of 2022 by a conclusive  17-2.
