On Friday, the St. Frances Academy Panthers faced the Pallotti Panthers in a battle between two of the state's top teams. St. Frances Academy came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 55-47. The victory was familiar territory for St. Frances Academy who now have three in a row.
St. Frances Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zoe Osby, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Dahni Suggs was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
St. Frances Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Pallotti, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.
