The Livingston Manor Wildcats were the 36-34 winner over the Ellenville Blue Devils when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Livingston Manor suffered a tough 57-31 loss at the hands of Ellenville on Thursday. Livingston Manor has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Ellenville to victory were Nevaeh Roller and Nevaeh Ramos. Roller dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds, while Ramos scored 23 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. The game was Ramos' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Navaya Vandunk, who scored six points along with seven rebounds.
Livingston Manor's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ellenville, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Livingston Manor will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Tri-Valley at 6:30 p.m. on December 19th. Ellenville won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Rhinebeck at 5:45 p.m. on December 15th.
