It was a good run, but The St. Pauls Bulldogs unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They were beaten by Clinton 50-16. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Clinton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Josiah MClaurin, who rushed for 170 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. Josiah Robinson was another key contributor, rushing for 129 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
St. Pauls' loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Clinton, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 9-0.
