For Flint River Academy, this counts as revenge for the 59-46 loss St. George's walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Cale Cartwright continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds.
Flint River Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for St. George's, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
Flint River Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Lafayette Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lafayette Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven contests -- so hopefully Flint River Academy likes a good challenge. St. George's on the road again on Thursday and play against Milledgeville Prep at 5:30 p.m. on January 25th.
