The Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats extended their postseason success on Friday against the Flomaton Hurricanes. They claimed a resounding 35-0 victory over the Hurricanes on the road. The win was nothing new for Trinity Presbyterian as they're now sitting on four straight.
Ross Sanders had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 137 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Sanders has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Walker Mcclinton, who threw for 214 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes.
Trinity Presbyterian's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Flomaton, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
Trinity Presbyterian will square off against Mobile Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mobile Christian has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 511 points over their last 12 matchups. Flomaton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
