Austin-East is 4-1 when Witt posts five or more steals, but 1-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Daleyah Brown, who had eight points and five rebounds.
Roane County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Austin-East, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Roane County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 53-37 win against Harriman on the 6th.
