There's no place like home for the Antwerp Archers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Thursday. They breezed by Continental at home to the tune of 56-23. That 33 points margin sets a new team best for Antwerp this season.
Despite the loss, Continental saw an underclassman step up: Olivia Crossgrove scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and six blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Crossgrove has scored all season.
Antwerp's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Continental, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Antwerp will take on Wayne Trace at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Continental, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Pandora-Gilboa at 2:00 p.m.
