Swampscott lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Danvers, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's contest. The Big Blue put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 15-1 victory on Wednesday. That looming 15-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Big Blue yet this season.

Swampscott has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Danvers, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-6.

Looking ahead, Swampscott will challenge Marblehead at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Danvers, they will take on Beverly at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
