Hendricks scored two runs and stole four bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, while Muffler scored two runs and stole four bases while going 1-for-2. That's the most runs Muffler has posted since back in April of 2024. Meanwhile, after soaring to 12 runs the game before, Sandwich was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to Aurora Central Catholic. The Indians have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.
Griffin Somlock made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. He also scored a run, marking his first of the season.
Sandwich's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Serena, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
