The ED White Commanders suffered their biggest loss since November 28, 2023 on Monday. Their rough 81-57 loss to First Coast might stick with them for a while. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game last Friday (55), ED White still had to take the loss.
Despite the loss, ED White saw an underclassman step up: Jamal Scott scored 26 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Scott has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Keith Godboldt, who scored ten points along with four steals.
ED White has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for First Coast, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. ED White will take on Englewood at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for First Coast, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome ED White at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
