LaGrange strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 65-54 victory over the Mary Persons Bulldogs. The Grangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Despite the loss, Mary Persons still got an impressive performance from Dee Grier, who went 7-for-12 to rack up 18 points in addition to seven assists and seven boards. Braylen Perry was another key player, shooting 45% from the field en route to 12 points and six rebounds.

LaGrange's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Mary Persons, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, LaGrange will look to defend their home court on Friday against Fayette County at 7:30 p.m. The Grangers will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Mary Persons, they will venture away from home to take on Jasper County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
