Highland won the last time they faced Whiting and things went their way on Thursday too. The Highland Trojans breezed by the Whiting Oilers to the tune of 54-21. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 20 points or more this season.

Highland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justin Pack, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Walter Glover Jr, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 14 points and five rebounds.

Highland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Whiting, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Highland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-48 defeat against Andrean on the 28th. As for Whiting, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 78-45 loss against Calumet New Tech on the 28th.
