Two dominant  backs in  Brenner Green and  Parker Kaczmarek are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Snowflake Lobos will look to defend their home field  on Friday against the Mesquite Wildcats  at 7:00  p.m. Snowflake is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Snowflake barely beat Eastmark the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lobos were the clear victors by  a  26-6 margin over the Firebirds on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Lobos, who have now won five matchups by 20  points or more  so far this season.
 Snowflake didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Hayydn Nichols and  Christian Smith. Nichols got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
 Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Mesquite's offense. They were dealt  a  34-0 loss at the hands of Combs on Friday. The  contest marked the first time this year in which the Wildcats were not able to get on the board.
 This is the second loss in a row for Mesquite and  nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Snowflake, their win bumped their record up to 8-0.
