The Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers will take on the Ripon Tigers at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Kettle Moraine Lutheran is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

Addisyn Johnson made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Johnson was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Ripon let Bryn Carlson and Bella Klettke run wild. Carlson went 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Klettke went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most runs Klettke has posted since back in April of 2024. Gabi Gaffney was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.
Ripon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
This is the second loss in a row for Kettle Moraine Lutheran and nudges their season record down to 7-4. As for Ripon, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
Ripon's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Kettle Moraine Lutheran has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.9 hits per game. It's a different story for Ripon, though, as they've been averaging 10.8 hits. Given Kettle Moraine Lutheran's sizable advantage in that area, the Tigers will need to find a way to close that gap.
