 Meanwhile, Bonny Eagle can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Scarborough  and snuck past  9-7.
  Reese Bryant made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  pitched five innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   five  hits. Bryant was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Madison McGlinn, who  scored two  runs while going 3-for-4.
 Kennebunk is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record  this season. As for Bonny Eagle, their  victory (their first of the  season) made their record 1-3.
