Hopewell won the last time they faced Cox Mill and things went their way on Wednesday too. Hopewell was the clear victor by a 14-4 margin over Cox Mill. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by ten runs or more this season.

Hopewell has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.1 runs over those games. Cox Mill's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.

Coming up, Hopewell will face off against West Charlotte at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopewell is facing West Charlotte at the right time seeing as West Charlotte is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Cox Mill, they will challenge Mooresville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mooresville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cox Mill surely won't give up without a fight.
