Kellen Pluess gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Pluess' strong effort led East Troy over Whitewater and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
