Volleyball Recap: Galileo Has No Trouble Against Mission

Galileo not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 5th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Mission Bears as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Galileo didn't let Mission take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22, 25-22.

Galileo is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-14 record this season. As for Mission, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Galileo will challenge Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. Mission does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
