While Marcus put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Lewisville. Everything went the Marcus Marauders' way against the Lewisville Farmers as the Marcus Marauders made off with a 12-0 win. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Marauders this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Marcus and bumps their season record up to 6-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lewisville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marcus will face off against Stillwater at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Stillwater will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Marcus surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lewisville, they will welcome Braswell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Braswell has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
