Rock Hills won the last time they faced Thunder Ridge and things went their way on Friday too. The Rock Hills Grizzlies took their matchup with ease, bagging a 61-34 victory over the Thunder Ridge Longhorns. The Grizzlies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 23 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rock Hills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bethany Simmelink, who went 11-for-19 on her way to 24 points along with eight steals and seven assists. Rock Hills is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.0 points over those games. Thunder Ridge dropped their record down to 6-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
