American Leadership Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Morgan Trojans, falling 17-8. Surprisingly, this marked the sixth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Jesse Coxson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs while going 4-for-4. JJ Young also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

American Leadership Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Morgan, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3.

American Leadership Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-0 defeat against Juab on the 9th. As for Morgan, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-1 loss against Union on the 8th.
