Carlinville got a big performance out of Karly Tipps, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Kendal Maddox was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
Bunker Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Carlinville, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2.
