The West Warwick Wizards will head out on the road to take on the Prout Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Warwick will be strutting in after a victory while the Crusaders will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Wednesday, West Warwick was able to grind out a solid win over the Sentinels, taking the game 43-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for West Warwick.
West Warwick's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Calla Davide, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michelle Motta, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Prout came up short against the Sentinels on Friday and fell 46-34. Prout has struggled against the Sentinels recently, as their contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
West Warwick has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Prout, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.
Everything came up roses for West Warwick against the Crusaders in their previous meeting last Tuesday as the team secured a 64-34 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for West Warwick since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
