The Central Christian Cougars's three-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They walked away with a 43-34 victory over Attica. That nine points margin sets a new team best for Central Christian this season.
Attica lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Carter Swingle, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds. Swingle is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Mac Harnden, who scored ten points.
Central Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Attica, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-6.
Central Christian will head out on the road to square off against Attica on Thursday. As for Attica, they will be playing at home against Central Christian.
