Marion Center's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Evan Risinger was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with three steals.
Glendale's loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 4-8. As for Marion Center, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
Glendale will be playing at home against Williamsburg at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Williamsburg is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games. Marion Center won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Homer-Center at 7:15 p.m. on January 4th. Homer-Center has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
