That makes it three consecutive games in which Cruse has scored at least 25% of Lake Mary Prep's points. Another player making a difference was Wade Brashears, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Lake Mary Prep has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-1.
