Brock Ray was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds for St. John's Christian Academy. Ray is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. Another player making a difference was Jamon Hutson, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds.
Dorchester Academy has not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. As for St. John's Christian Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14.
