West-Oak entered their tilt with Greenville H on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 52-45 victory over the Greenville H Hurricanes.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West-Oak to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reagan Mobley, who went 5 for 10 on her way to 15 points and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Simpson, who went 5 of 8 on her way to 13 points and six rebounds.

Greenville H lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Macie Hanley, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 boards. The dominant performance also gave Hanley a new career-high in assists (four). Izzy Williams was another key player, going 5 of 9 on her way to 13 points along with six rebounds and three blocks.

West-Oak's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Greenville H, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-2.

West-Oak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-48 defeat against Rabun County on the 20th. As for Greenville H, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mountain View Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
