Timmy Herr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 205 yards and three touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Jason Robinson Jr. also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Citrus Valley had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.3 points), and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 17-14 win over Leuzinger.
Citrus Valley relied on the efforts of Jordyn Harris, who picked up 83 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Dawson Martinez, who rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown.
Their wins bumped San Juan Hills to 10-1 and Citrus Valley to 8-3.
